This is my first futuristic (steampunk) illustration that I ever painted!
Lights, colors, reflects…. I did my best!I enjoyed a lot!!

And it’s my first portrait version (I love paint in landscape mode)

I’m painting two illustrations at the same time, this give me some fresh mind, but I’m having fun with this one. All my influences about movies and games are guiding my hand through this illustration. I’m adding details every time I open it, a “never ending painting”.
On my desk, there are a Darth Vader figure that inspires me and a Redbull that gives me some Force.

This is my last illustration, it’s rather a self test to improve myself in light and rocks .

I never (never!) painted dragon or similar animals and … I enjoyed it!

I’m very happy! very happy with myself about my last illustration.
I worked very hard to finish it and did my best for define details, lights, shadows and colors.

“Do my best” is my target, my goal in these month.
Trying to became a better artist.

Hello, this is my last illustration. This is a “Good vs Evil” fight.

The real concept that I wanted to convey is the resignation and fear.

The warrior, the good, is resigned … ready and serene and carries with him the demon, evil, which is rather scared and was not prepared for this final.

It’s online my new website,

This is version n. 5 of my website. I always loved flash, all my previous versions were programmed and made with flash but there is some kind of war on flash player so i did a choose, puts it aside for now, and embrace jQuery and css3. It’s not the same thing,” i can’t narrate more a story” but it’s now became more flexible and multi-platform.

Another choose i made, is to archive my old illustrations, i don’t know if a day i’ll go to insert them in some section of my blog.

Assuming that up to July and August i was with pleasure “freezed” as Illustrations, I must admit with great pleasure that my new life has given me a new launch, a blast for me and my illustrations. Taking the example of 2010 with only two artworks, in 5 months of 2011, i made 5 illustrations, is a great joy for me. I’m having that little bit of time and head on Friday night and / or on weekends to paint and realize my illustrations with the right boost. As always, I try to improve myself and make a small step forward.
